SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping charges will be charged according to total weight of the package, the price shown at checkout is to just an assumption of what it will cost, prices might differ.
The material will be dispatched in our packaging, do not accept a tampered package.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In case the user intends to return the product ordered through the website, the user may log into their account and place the request for return of the product stating the reasons for such return. Upon submitting a request for the return of the product, the User shall receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the request for a return and the estimated timelines for the fulfillment of such request. The user shall be entitled to place a request for the return of the product only within [3] working days from the date of delivery of the product to the user.
We shall arrange for pick-up of the delivered products from the user but to for us to fulfill the request for the return of the product, it is essential that the product should be unused and the original packaging/box of the product should also be undamaged. The products should also be undamaged and should be without any scratches, dents, tears, or holes. The field executive fulfilling such return request shall be entitled to undertake inspection of the product and shall also be entitled to refuse to accept the product and fulfill the return request in case the product or its packaging/box is in a damaged condition.
Upon picking up the product by field executive, from the user, the amount paid by the user for such order shall be refunded to the original mode of payment within a period of 5-7 working days. We shall however be entitled to deduct the shipping/delivery charges from the amount paid by the user for the purchase of the product.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
User will be entitled to cancel the order placed for purchase of products anytime before the products being dispatched by us for delivery. Once the products are dispatched by us for delivery, the buyer shall not be entitled to cancel the order.
For cancellation of any order, the User may log in to their account and place the request for cancellation of the order. Upon submitting a request for cancellation of the order, the User shall receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation of the order and the amount paid by the user for such order shall be refunded to the original mode of payment within a period of 5-7 working days.
